Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan needs only an email address.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Move between Chair and Board anytime from Plan & billing; you only pay the difference for the current period.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then move to the Free plan.

Who counts toward the 15 people on the Board plan?

Everyone who can sign in to your organization, including people with an open invitation.

How is the Public Body price set?

By the population of the area you serve, from U.S. Census data. Choose your organization type and state when you set it up, and we look it up for you.
