We collect your name, email address, and the documents and questions you submit so we can provide the service.

Your organization’s documents are visible only to its members, according to the roles your organization assigns. An Owner can delete the organization and its data at any time.

Meeting recordings you upload are used only to transcribe the meeting and are deleted once the transcript is made. The transcript and minutes are kept with your organization’s records.

If you take the Meeting Readiness Check, we keep your answers and score. If you ask for the report by email, we keep your email address (and name, if you give it) to send the report and four short follow-up emails; every email has an unsubscribe link. We note which website or link brought you here, without cookies or third-party trackers.
